Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from TWEENOLOGY. However, if you receive a product that is faulty (broken or damaged), please contact us at info@tweenology.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your item is confirmed as faulty, we will issue you with a store credit to the value of the original item purchased (excluding delivery fees). The replacement product selected must be of the same value as the original item.

Please note:

  • Returns are accepted only for faulty items.

  • Courier and return shipping costs are for the customer’s account.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit — we recommend using a trackable/registered shipping service.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in appropriate protective packaging (e.g. bubble wrap).

  • We cannot accept returns received after the 14-day return period.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased on sale

  • Products purchased from a TWEENology stockist (not directly from our online store)

If you are unsure how to open or use a product, please contact us before doing so. We cannot accept returns where packaging or the product has been damaged due to incorrect handling.
