Our first Glow Squad Ambassadors are being chosen.
Entries for Phase 1 and Phase 2 are now closed. Hundreds of 60-second videos later, we're doing the hardest and happiest job of all — watching every single one and choosing the tweens who'll represent Tweenology as official Ambassadors.
It's called the inner glow.
Tweenology exists to help tweens build confidence, healthy habits, self-care routines and kindness during one of the most important stages of life.
The glow we're talking about isn't on your skin.
It's the one inside you. The glow that shows up when you encourage a friend, try something brave, look after yourself, or make someone's day a little brighter.
All tweens have an inner glow. The Glow Squad exists to bring out the best in every single one — and to build a movement of young South Africans who believe in confidence, kindness and helping each other shine.

Where we are right now.
Three phases, one movement. Phase 1 and Phase 2 have closed — and Phase 3, the moment everyone's been waiting for, is underway.
The First Call
Where it all started. The very first tweens raised their hands and told us why they wanted to be part of South Africa's tween confidence movement. Thank you to every single one of you.
Glow Squad Activation
Open to everyone, and you showed up. Four weeks of Glow Challenge videos — confidence tips, self-care routines, unboxings and a whole lot of heart. Submissions closed on 23 August 2026.
Become an Ambassador
Every video is being watched by our team. Tweens who completed their challenges and showed us that true inner glow are selected as official Tweenology Ambassadors — with exciting tasks, prizes and treats to follow.

Parents review the ambassador agreement
Before anything begins, a parent or legal guardian reads and signs the ambassador agreement. Nothing goes ahead without it.

Tweens who completed their challenges and showed us that genuine inner glow are being notified that they've been selected as official Tweenology Ambassadors for the months ahead. Here's what happens next:

Successful Glow Squad members are notified on WhatsApp and welcomed as official ambassadors.
Parents sign the agreement
An ambassador agreement is sent to your parents to review and approve before anything kicks off.
Then the fun really starts
Exciting tasks, prizes, treats and special video requests — you'll be the face and heart of the Tweenology movement.

We know you'll have questions now that we've moved into Phase 3. Here's what you need to know.
Built around safety, kindness and confidence
The Glow Squad is run entirely by the Tweenology team — South Africa's first 100% plant-based skincare and self-care brand created specifically for tweens. This is not an influencer programme. It's a confidence movement built to celebrate kindness, healthy habits and self-belief during one of the most important stages of your child's life.
Although we don't always encourage social media, it's important to note that all ambassadors will be required to create videos for us to share on our social media platforms. They don't need to have their own social media accounts, but they will feature on ours. If you are not comfortable with your child appearing on social media, please let us know before signing the ambassador agreement — but as always, we will be responsible, mindful, and continue to lead with the right intentions.
Entries closed on 23 August 2026. Every submitted video was covered by a signed parent/guardian consent form, every video is reviewed by our team before anything is shared, and no child is announced as an ambassador until a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and signed the ambassador agreement.
