Tweenology exists to help tweens build confidence, healthy habits, self-care routines and kindness during one of the most important stages of life.
The glow we're talking about isn't on your skin.
It's the one inside you. The glow that shows up when you encourage a friend, try something brave, look after yourself, or make someone's day a little brighter.
All tweens have an inner glow. The Glow Squad exists to bring out the best in every single one — and to build a movement of young South Africans who believe in confidence, kindness and helping each other shine.

Three phases. One movement.
Becoming a Tweenology Ambassador happens in three simple phases. Each one is your chance to show us your creativity, your heart, and your glow.
Submit Your Entry
Scan the Glow Squad QR code, rate us, pop in your details and upload a 30–60 second video telling us what you love about Tweenology. That's it — you're officially in.
Glow Squad Activation
Our team reviews every entry. Successful entrants get an email inviting them into the Glow Squad community — and the Glow Challenges begin. Complete at least 3 to stay in the running.
Become an Ambassador
Tweens who complete their challenges and show us that true inner glow are selected as official Tweenology Ambassadors — with exciting tasks, prizes and treats to follow.
Final dates for each phase will be confirmed by email — make sure you enter so you don't miss a thing!

The Glow Challenges
You will be notified if your introduction video was successful. Made it through to the Glow Squad community? Amazing! Now the real fun begins. These challenges aren't just tasks — they're how we discover who you really are.
Complete at least 3 challenges to stay in the running
Tweenology will let you know when these videos need to be completed by, and where they need to be uploaded — it won't be the same place as your first video.
Share Your Confidence Tip
What's the one thing you tell yourself when you're nervous? Share your confidence tip in a short video. This one could help another kid more than you know.

Successful Glow Squad members are notified and welcomed as official ambassadors.
Parents sign the agreement
An ambassador agreement is sent to your parents to review and approve before anything kicks off.
Then the fun really starts
Exciting tasks, prizes, treats and special video requests — you'll be the face and heart of the Tweenology movement.

We know you'll have questions before your child enters anything online. Here's what you need to know.
Built around safety, kindness and confidence
The Glow Squad is run entirely by the Tweenology team — South Africa's first 100% plant-based skincare and self-care brand created specifically for tweens. This is not an influencer programme. It's a confidence movement built to celebrate kindness, healthy habits and self-belief during one of the most important stages of your child's life.
Although we don't always encourage social media, it's important to note that all ambassadors will be required to create videos for us to share on our social media platforms. They don't need to have their own social media accounts, but they will feature on ours. Please do not enter your child if you are not comfortable with them appearing on social media — but as always, we will be responsible, mindful, and continue to lead with the right intentions.
Entries use your email address, all videos are reviewed by our team before anything is shared, and every ambassador selection requires a signed parent/guardian agreement before the programme begins.
